Ele Hamburger from Sirianni Youtz Spoonemore (the attorneys representing RPEC) attending the Executive Board meeting on 2-13 and reported that there is a hearing scheduled on April 27 at 9am in Thurston County before Judge Wickham. This hearing is a Class Certification hearing intended to turn the pending lawsuit into a Class Action Suit.
