2021 RPEC/WEA-Retired Joint Legislative Day
Legislative Day is the opportunity to make our voices heard. The state legislature is facing a projected 2.7 billion dollar revenue shortfall. We must make it clear that we will not stand for cuts to our pensions and benefits.
Our 2021 Legislative Day will look different from previous events. It will kick off with a virtual Legislative Training on Monday, February 8th, 2021 at 10:00 am via the Zoom video platform.
Then, throughout the week of February 8-12th, members will attend virtual meetings with their legislators. These meetings will be scheduled by RPEC Staff. Attendees will be asked to indicate which days work best for them during registration.
